Welcome

This Dentistry resources guide was developed to identify resources that may be helpful to the students, staff, or faculty of the School of Dentistry.

Need help locating a resource?  Can't determine whether we own a journal, or where it's located?  Have questions about Library services?  Contact the Reference staff at the Health Sciences and Human Services Library at 410-706-7996 or visit AskUs! to send email or chat in real time.

Need more in depth assistance with your research or clinical question?  If your research for papers, projects, grants or publication seems overwhelming, consider making an appointment for a research consultation.

Are you a faculty member who would like to have a librarian teach your students how to use MEDLINE or other resources?  Please contact me directly at  mwilliam@hshsl.umaryland.edu or at 410-706-8863.

I look forward to working with you,

Mary Ann

This list was was created by the collaborative efforts of the Health Sciences & Human Services Library (HS/HSL) and the Maryland Dental Action Coalition (MDAC) who convened an interprofessional team to review the books. The book list will serve to increase access of oral health information to children and families, and provide guidance to those who purchase and utilize children's books.
