Why is it important to keep a Personal Health Record?

Health records are very important because they help you keep track of where you are with your

health.  If you keep track of every test and write family history down then you will be more aware

of what health problems you may be at risk for.  If you can’t get in contact with your doctor then

you will have your personal health record already with you.  You will be more prepared to talk to

your doctor and ask any questions you may have.
