How does RefWorks Compare to Endote and Reference Manager?
RefWorks, EndNote and Reference Manager all help you manage your citations and format your papers or manuscripts. RefWorks has the advantage of being web-based. It is available from any computer with Internet access and is free to all UMB students, faculty and staff. Both EndNote and Reference Manager allow for greater customization and include the ability to store and cite images. These programs may be more appropriate for very large scale and complex projects. Citations can be easily exchanged among all three programs, which allows for flexibility.
