May 17 (5:00pm) - May 23 (7:00am)

• You will not be able to place new requests for books from other USMAI institutions.  If previously requested items arrive during this period, you will be able to check them out at the Information Services Desk.
• You will still be able to borrow materials as normal via a manual process at the Information Services Desk.
• Online resources (databases, journals, etc.) and Interlibrary Loan will not be affected. 

May 23 (7:00am)

• The new library system will be live and you will see a different interface when using OneSearch. 
• You will be able to access your library account to request and renew physical books through the new OneSearch interface. 
• You should begin replacing permalinks in course syllabi, Blackboard, etc. created in the old system with links from the new system. 

June 30

• The last day that permalinks from the old library system will function. Make sure to replace any old links with permalinks from the new system before this day.
