The Health Science and Human Services Library is now providing a Bioinformatics and Data Science Computer for Faculty, Staff and Students to use on-site and perform data analysis for a variety of different subject areas. To use the computer you must register then choose a time to reserve the computer for use.
The Bioinformatics and Data Science computer was designed with high performance in mind providing a huge amount of memory and processing power to accomplish virtually any computational assignment.
The computer has a combination of licensed and open source software to choose from. Additionally the computer allows for working in a Windows or Unix/Linux computing environment. These are just some of the features which make this computer great for campus users!
